A WORCESTER pantomime is receiving rave reviews across the board for this year's production.

Worcester Theatres' production of Cinderella, directed by Ian Good and performed by the Worcester Repertory Company, has been receiving lots of positive reviews.

The production is running until Monday, January 2, with tickets still available to purchase online.

Clare Butler, Worcester News journalist, said: “If the true magic and sparkle of local panto could be bottled up and bought, then the Worcester Rep’s Cinderella would be a bestseller.”

Tim Crow, theatre reviewer from Behind The Arras, said: “This excellent production is professional, slick and ticks all the boxes for a light-hearted and satisfying show.”

Raring2Go, family event promoter, said: “Our favourite part was of course watching the kids’ reactions, smiles and laughter throughout. You simply cannot beat it.”

A spokesperson from Discover Worcester said: “It’s everything you want from a panto; bawdy dames, good old sing-songs, kids roaring at the stage, and a Buttons who steals the show.”

The director, Ian Good, who also plays one-half of the wicked stepsister duo, thanked everyone that has already come to support the performance.
