WEST Midlands Railway has announced that train services will be affected by upcoming strike action, including running no services for a whole day.

Trains will be affected between May 6 and May 11, with no services running on May 8. 

ASLEF is the trade union representing train drivers and have announced that there will be strike action on May 8 and an overtime ban between May 6 and May 11.

As a result, WMR said that there will be a reduction in services during these days and no trains running on May 8.

If you have purchased a ticket for travel between May 7 and May 9, this ticket can now be used between May 6 and May 13.
