HAWKINS John William (Former proprietor of The Bear Garage) Passed away peacefully at home on August 17th 2016, aged 76 years. He will be very sadly missed by all his Family and Friends. The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, September 1st, 2016 at St Andrew's Church, Hampton at 11a.m., followed by Burial in the Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, for The Air Ambulance or St Richard's Hospice, (cheques payable to charities please) may be sent to Philip Tomlins Funeral Directors, 36, The Leys, Bengeworth, Evesham, Worcs. Every time I hear a beetles song come over the radio I think of johns dad,johns mum&dad were at my 21st at fircroft in sth littleton, after viewing the beetles on the telly johns dad turned to me and said "I don,t know what the worlds coming too" a phrase that will stick with me the rest of my life (so funny) John & david are like brothers to the Kedward family ,its a good feeling to be intertwined with such fine people.
