JORDAN Chloe Of Elmley Castle. Peacefully at Home with her Family by her side on September 15th, 2016, aged 19 years. A beautiful, brave daughter to Emma and Ian, step daughter to Craig “OP”. A loving sister to Jordi, and special granddaughter to Bran. A Service to Celebrate Chloe’s Life will be held at Elmley Castle Church on Tuesday, October 4th at 11.30 a.m., followed by private Interment. Family flowers only, donations, if desired for Brain Tumour Research, may be sent to E Hill & Son Funeral Directors, Pershore. WR10 1HZ.
