CASH Converters has moved home in Worcester.

The retailer of pre-owned goods and financial services provider has relocated from Foregate Street to Pump Street, creating two new jobs and an improved range of items.

This is the ninth store run by operations director Mick Jones who said: "Our more central location means more people will have access to, and be able to benefit from, the broad range of services Cash Converters has to offer. From buying and selling high quality pre-owned goods to our popular personal finance service. The move has also enabled us to recruit two more members of staff, improving the level of service and expanding the team. We are really looking forward to welcoming our existing customers and new customers in to the store.”

Research has found the majority of Worcester households are sitting on at least £200 worth of unwanted goods. Mr Jones added: "When you start looking at the items around the house, in the attic, or the garage that you no longer need, you realise the amount of money you could be making. Turning your old phone, guitar you no longer use or bike that is just gathering dust, into instant cash, could come in particularly handy in the run up to Christmas."
