SPECIALIST ceramics supplier Anderman Ceramics has appointed Alice Bevan as its new UK sales manager to help develop the home market, launch new products and pursue new opportunities.
Miss Bevan graduated from the University of Sheffield with a masters degree in chemistry and has experience in both sales and technical environments.
Gary Hateley, Anderman's global sales manager, said: "Alice joins Anderman Ceramics as a chemistry graduate with commercial experience in a technical environment. She will predominantly oversee activity for the UK with the remit to grow the income streams and in time become Anderman's coatings product leader.”
Founded in 1947, Anderman is a leading international distributor of technical ceramic parts and components. As well as a UK base on Hartlebury Trading Estate, it has operations in France and America.
Miss Bevan said: "I am thrilled to have joined a leading global provider of technical and industrial ceramics parts and components and be able to grow with them professionally and personally and use my knowledge to achieve large growth year on year. I am looking forward to the challenges that will come my way.”
