THERE have been upgrades in the corporate department of regional law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys.

Two of its specialists have been promoted, Rebecca Leask from senior associate to partner and Jenny Staples from solicitor to associate.

Ms Leask joined the firm in High Street, Worcester, in September 2005 and has a general corporate practice with a specialism in health and social care transactions. In particular corporate acquisitions and disposals, mergers, joint ventures, re-structures and private equity deals. In addition to her practice as a solicitor, Ms Leask is also a qualified barrister and Notary Public.

Ms Staples, who arrived in March 2009, covers Harrison Clark Rickerbys’, Hereford and Ross offices providing corporate legal advice to clients nationally. She has a depth of experience in a wide variety of corporate matters and also acts for businesses of all shapes and sizes across a broad range of sectors.
