DAN Jackson, senior manager at Worcester's CB, Chartered Accountants, has been awarded a fellowship by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the global body for professional accountants.
Mr Jackson, who lives in Worcester and attended the city's Royal Grammar School before training as an accountant. Once qualified, he spent some time in industry as a management accountant before returning to the profession. Now he looks after a wide range of clients and the audits. He is also the firm's Cloud Accounting expert.
John Painter, managing partner at the firm said: ‘We are delighted that Dan has been awarded this fellowship, which is the culmination of more than five years membership of the ACCA over which time has had to comply with a strict continued professional development programme. Achieving fellowship is a significant milestone in an accountant’s professional life and demonstrates extensive experience a long-term commitment to professionalism and ethics. He is to be congratulated."
