CLOUD based accountancy software provider dod-dle corporation, has appointed digital marketing apprentice 19-years-old Olivia Attwood to its growing team.

Having previously studied A level applied ICT at The De Montfort School, Evesham, Miss Attwood has developed an in depth knowledge of the digital world, and will be able to transfer these skills into her new role, while working towards a level three diploma in digital marketing.

Originally founded by Malvern based accountant Karen Lowen of Turl and Co, dod-dle is an easy to use cloud accounting software aimed mainly at small businesses. It uses plain English and will help users manage their accounts without having to have previous knowledge of accounting.

In joining dod-dle, Miss Attwood will be responsible for running the company’s social media pages, where dod-dle can be found on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. She will also be responsible for writing blog posts, where she talks about many different topics on tax, search engine optimisation and more.

She said: "I have always had a keen interest in ICT and Marketing, so putting the two together was really a perfect combination for me. I am really looking forward to receiving my level three qualification in digital marketing, and this apprenticeship will really help me to learn and improve my skills in this job role. It is brilliant to know that I will be developing my skills at the same time as the launch as dod-dle, and as the company grows, I can grow with it.”

Mrs Lowen has been working on the development of dod-dle to ensure it meets to the requirements of small business owners for more than a year, with the launch date set for this autumn.
