A WORCESTER-based solicitors has been awarded a prestigious quality mark in recognition of its client care and for best practice.

Scaiff LLP Solicitors, based in Foregate Street, has received the Law Society's international practice management standard, Lexcel, for the sixth consecutive year.

Lexcel is the Law Society's legal practice quality mark for excellence in legal practice management and client care and has been held by Scaiff LLP Solicitors since 2011.

The scheme requires firms to undergo annual independent assessment in areas such as customer service, business management and risk management, to maintain the Lexcel status.

The inspector praised the firm’s procedures and policies, commitment to staff training, firmwide communication, client satisfaction programme and development of a website focused on the local Polish community.

Elizabeth Rimell, partner at the firm, said: "I am delighted that once again we have passed our annual Lexcel inspection.

"This continued success is down to the outstanding team we have at Scaiff, their commitment to the organisation and dedication to providing outstanding client care. This re-accreditation is excellent news not only for the firm but also our valued clients who can feel reassured in their decision to use Scaiff Solicitors.’
