ABOUT 120 guests joined Worcester accountants the Richards Sandy Partnership for the 2012-themed official opening of its new, larger premises.
The city firm invited local professionals, bank managers, solicitors, clients and staff to its new offices at Thorneloe House, Barbourne Road, better known as the former Worcester Eye Hospital.
Guests celebrated the move and officially marked Richards Sandy Partnership’s merger with Howard Painter and Co, both of which took place earlier this year.
Everyone attending was treated to an exclusive look at a prototype sculpture for Worcester’s proposed Black Pear monument and enjoyed champagne and canapés, which included jubilee-themed cupcakes.
Guests also received a 2012-themed goody bag containing chocolate ‘Olympic’ medals, European football stress balls, nostalgic sweets and branded notepads.
Partner at Richards Sandy Partnership, Nick Sandy said: “This has been an eventful year for our practice so far, just as it has and continues to be for the country as a whole.
“We are thrilled with the new developments and growth over the past few months and I firmly believe that we are well placed to now become the local accountancy firm of choice.”
