NEXT year's Three Choirs Festival, which is to be held in Worcester, was launched to the local business community at a drinks reception hosted by Worcestershire Ambassadors in Worcester Cathedral’s Chapter House.
Guests were welcomed by Michael Clarke on behalf of the Three Choirs festival and Vince Hopkins, chairman of the Ambassadors.
Mr Hopkins said: "This is the world’s oldest known music festival and in 2017 will be held in Worcester. It is an honour to welcome people from all over the world to the Three Choirs Festival and offers the opportunity to showcase our wonderful county. The Worcestershire Ambassadors are all about promoting the county and supporting projects such as this world class festival.”
