NEED to get fit after Christmas? Then a new health and fitness club has opened in Worcester offering both personal training and group exercise seasons.

It's being run by Steven Nettlefold, who has turned his hobbies of martial arts, boxing and exercising into a business called One 2 One Boxing Coach, where people of all backgrounds, shapes and fitness levels can train.

He explained: "The sessions do exactly what it says on the tin. Clients will achieve the most from each and every session, as they receive an individually tailored training plan. The sessions will appeal to anybody with 2016 health and fitness goals, whether you simply aim to be fitter for everyday activities, or to run a marathon or to get serious athletic training.

"Price is constantly quoted as a reason not to join a gym or have personal training sessions. We have removed this hurdle. We also recognise that people sometimes need to adjust their fitness activity to fall in line with other events and circumstances taking place in their lives. For example, a wedding or a holiday may prompt a desire to lose weight, while a hectic work schedule may render regular group sessions or going to the gym impossible. To accommodate fluctuating needs we are able to work around our clients schedule, and offer one to one sessions at local parks, or local gyms."

The regular group classes are held at St Marks Church Hall, ,Orchard Street, Worcester.
