A MAJOR civil and structural engineering consultancy is moving to Worcestershire.
ELLUC Projects has announced a major expansion and relocation of its Midlands office from Solihull to Regents Court, Far Moor Lane, Redditch, where it has acquired a 2,307 sq ft office building for an undisclosed sum.
Louis McLoughlin, managing director, said: “Four years ago ELLUC was a team of ten, with one small regional office in the Northwest. We now employ more than 40 staff across three regional offices – the Northwest, Midlands and Yorkshire. We currently have 16 job vacancies and this will shortly increase with the launch of our new south London region later this year. Having a location which suits the requirements of our clients was a must, and Regents Court does that. The office will support the vast expansion plans which we have for the Midlands region.”
Ian Parker, a director of property agents John Truslove, which factored the deal, said: “Regents Court is a development of nine individual traditionally constructed office buildings grouped around a central, landscaped courtyard. It offers quality and character – just the sort of location for growing businesses wanting to make a statement.”
Headquartered in Warrington, ELLUC Projects handles both residential and commercial projects such as house builder schemes, large PFI developments, prisons, schools, universities, student accommodation and supermarkets.
