A SERIES of lectures for local business leaders has been launched by Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce.

Called the President’s Lecture Series, they have been developed by the chamber's president Andrea Borwell-Fox and will consist of three lectures beginning on Tuesday, December 13 which will offer potential and existing business leaders the unique opportunity to be inspired by a series of distinguished speakers and to network with like minded business people. They will be held at the University of Worcester’s St Johns Campus.

Mrs Borwell-Fox said: "To mark my recent appointment as President of Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, I wanted to create a new style of event for the membership that I represent. Thank you to the Chamber team for supporting me with this vision and I hope that the lecture series proves to be a successful event on the Chamber calendar this year and for many years to come.”

The programme comprises: Tuesday, December 13, Ali Stewart, director of Ali Stewart & Co - “Insights into Liberating Leadership”; Thursday, March 9 2017, Dr David Bozward, senior lecturer in entrepreneurship & strategic lead for entrepreneurship at Worcester Business School - “Generation Z: Communications & Engagement” and Thursday, June 8 2017, Martin Rhodes - “Adventure is There - One Step Outside Your Comfort Zone”.

They will offer businesses an opportunity to be inspired by senior business leaders and also enable them to join a new community of leaders in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
