Firms’ one-off night of green tips

WORCESTERSHIRE chairman of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), Phil Shellam, is inviting proprietors to a one-off evening at the Guesten, College Green, Worcester on Tuesday, June 17 from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
The evening will have something for every type and size of business. Mr Shellam said: "We've included opportunities for businesses to explore to help reduce their carbon footprint and at the same time their overheads.
"The evening will include presentations on green transport, smart electricity metering and funding opportunities for business owners seeking to make changes to their energy use.
"Naturally there will be plenty of networking over a delicious Guesten supper."
The evening is open to any business owner. Ticket prices are £15 each or £25 per couple with supper and drinks included. For reservations, call Jo Burrows at the FSB on 01386 760458 or e-mail jo.burrows@fsb.org.uk.
