LOCAL singer, Silvi Gonzalez, will be appearing at North Cotswold Community Radio’s Classic Car Weekend, but she could do with a little community assistance from accomplished musicians.
Silvi will entertain on Saturday July 16 from 10am to 4pm, at the Cotswold Motoring Museum, Bourton-on-the-Water.
A spokesman said: Silvi will be playing with her band, Silvi & the Sky, but she is eagerly looking for other local musicians to join the band.
"The style is folk, Americana and alt-country and she's looking for a guitarist, bassist, drummer, piano/keyboard and multi-instrumentalist."
Silvi was born in Bilbao, Spain, lived in New Jersey where she recorded with Silvi & The Ayes and then relocated to Bourton-on-the-Water about four months ago. Silvi started playing classical guitar when she was 8 and started her first band when she was twelve.
