DRESS up in your finest 1940s clothing and enjoy a murder mystery at the opulent surroundings of Ditchley Park.

Murder at the Mansion will be held on Friday, July 17 but the audience will be transported to 1942.

Winston Churchill has escaped the dangers of London and is arriving at Ditchley Park, in Enstone, Chipping Norton, where a party is being thrown in his honour.

However, the night will not quite go to plan, and the head of Churchill’s security will meet a very sticky end.

The audience will join Detective Inspector Essio and together will question the suspects and solve the murder before the Prime Minister arrives, and save the honour and safety of Ditchley Park forever.

People are encouraged to wear 1940s dress but it is not compulsory and can bring a picnic to eat in the fabulous grounds of Ditchley Park from 5pm.

All tickets cost £25 and to book call the box office on 01608 642350 or visit chippingnortontheatre.com.
