THE ballet "Snow White" is set to entertain an Evesham audience with a magical world of hip-hopping dwarves and dodgy apples.

Vienna Festival Ballet will bring their version of the classic Brothers' Grimm story to Evesham Arts Centre, with a live stage show that is being billed as "a treat for all the family".

A spokesman said: "Choreographed by Barry McGrath and set to an array of orchestrated pieces by composers including Faris and Gounod, the music was specially written for this production of Snow White.

"Returning by popular demand, Vienna Festival Ballet’s Snow White promises to be a delightful treat for all the family whether you’re a fan or experiencing ballet for the very first time; it offers an ideal opportunity to introduce children to the beauty of ballet.

The celebrated Austrian dancer Peter Mallek founded Vienna Festival Ballet in 1980 after his illustrious career as a dancer of international renown.

The show will comes to Evesham Arts Centre on December 10, from 3pm.
