ONE hundred years ago, in April 2017, the Dymock Poet Edward Thomas was killed in action in France; but a production at Ledbury's Market Theatre will keep his memory fresh.
Ledbury Amateur Dramatic Society will perform a play about Thomas, "The Dark Earth and the Light Sky", by Nick Dear.
A spokesman said: "This play is a moving tribute to the years leading up to his death, his friendship with Robert Frost, his marriage to Helen and affection for Eleanor Farjeon."
Tickets at wwwthemarkettheatre.com or by phoning 07967 517125.
