Inspector Deborah Sanders is responsible for the Safer Neighbourhood Teams in Malvern, Upton, Tenbury, Droitwich, Evesham and Pershore. She has 21 years service with West Mercia Police, and has undertaken the role of Safer Neighbourhood Inspector since October 2014. Sergeant Sarah Kent

I have been employed by West Mercia Police since 1995 serving 7 years as a Police Officer and then moving into the role of Sergeant in 2001

I have worked in Worcester as a Patrol Constable and Sergeant and also spent some time as a Custody Sergeant. For eight years I was posted to Tenbury Wells where I was responsible for both Patrol Officers and the Safer Neighbourhood Team covering Tenbury and the Team Valley. In July 2013 I became a Safer Neighbourhood Sergeant in Wychavon where I have teams in both Pershore and Droitwich.

Police Constable Paul Lewis
My name is Paul Lewis I have been a Police Officer for the past 27 years. I have worked in three police forces: West Midlands Police, Hampshire Police and now West Mercia Police. For the past seven years I have been the Beat Manager for Evesham Town.
Police Constable Paul Buffery

PC Buffery is now the Safer Neighbourhood Officer for Evesham Town North, which covers the town centre and Bengeworth.

Since starting with West Mercia Police in 2006, PC Buffery has been a response Police Constable working all of his service in Evesham for the past nine years.

As a result of this, he has built up a good local knowledge of the area and a good relationship with many of its businesses and inhabitants.

PC Buffery is looking forward to the new challenges that entails being a Safer Neighbourhood Officer presents and serving the local people to Evesham.

Police Community Support Officer Phillip Schoenrock

Phil Schoenrock has worked as a Police Community Support Officer since 2007. Previously he served 31 years as a Police Officer in West Mercia.

Police Community Support Officer Rebecca Wilkes

I have worked on Evesham Town North since August 2015. I cover the Town Centre, Greenhill and Bengeworth areas. I regularly patrol the Town Centre, Abbey Park and surrounding areas and really enjoy engaging with the public and shopkeepers.

Prior to this role, I was the Safer Schools Officer at The De Montfort School, Evesham, where I was based from January 2014, where I engaged with the students, assisted with attendance and behaviour issues and dealt with issues that affected the students in school.

Before this I was based in Evesham Town South from May 2009.

During the school holidays, you will see me patrolling around Evesham Town so please come and say hello.
