Bidford boys flushed with success!

BIDFORD'S junior players tasted success in a couple of end of season competitions The Under-15s were triumphant at Harvington's tournament after wins over the hosts and Bretforton, a draw with Newtown Sports B and defeat against Sports A.
They came up against Harvington in the final when a single goal earned Bidford the win.
The club took a squad of 16 under-12 players to Cornwall for the Looe Bay Tournament where they overcame the hosts 5-0 in the final.
Earlier they had recorded victories in their opening three group matches that virtually assured a place in the final.
The wins were followed by a draw and 3-2 defeat to Looe Juniors who proved no match second time around as a hat-trick from James Mudie and further strikes from James Cutts and Joe Denham clinched an emphatic victory.
A replica Champions League trophy was presented to the victorious Bidford boys by former Welsh international goalkeeper Neville Southall.
