BROTHERS Antony and Simon Fenton had a great time as toddlers at the village playgroup in Eckington.
So it should have come as no surprise when the new dads - their wives gave birth four days apart - eventually turned up at the same place with their children.
As the playgroup, which meets in the village recreation centre, celebrates its 30th birthday, they paid tribute to their time there.
"We enjoyed it a great deal," said Antony, now 31, who runs an import business. "We went there until we moved on to the local school. All our friends went there and many of them still live in the village and round about."
Although brother Simon has moved house to Drakes Broughton, son Jamie continues to go to playschool in Eckington with cousin Emma.
Eckington Under Fives chairman, Kate Redfern, said: "T celebrate our fantastic 30-year achievement, there will be a party on Friday May 23 to which staff, children and mums from the past and present are all invited.
"There will be a fancy dress competition with a parade and prizes and photos of the playgroup through the years."
