FESTIVE goodwill is brightening up a street in Evesham as a home owner raises some cash for a charity during the holiday season.
Tim Williams, of Broadway Road, has decorated his house with hundreds of lights for the past 10 years and used the eye-catching sight to help raise some money for good causes. This year he is hoping to raise £250 for the Teenage Cancer Trust after his wife lost a cousin to leukaemia. He said: “It all started when we had children.
This year my daughter helped to decorate the house. So far we have raised about £70. We are hoping to raise a good amount for the charity. People can donate as they are passing by or at the Ambassador Club in Evesham.”
