STAFF at a Vale hotel are feeling flush after their toilets won a top award.
Evesham Hotel in Coopers Lane was presented best UK hotel loo of the year 2013 and a platinum award by judges of Loo of the Year.
John Jenkinson, the hotel’s owner, said: “The main function of the Loo of the Year is to encourage public facilities, but Richard Chisnell, the retired founder, does acknowledge that ours are the most charismatic loos in the land!” The toilets at the Evesham Hotel are well known for their quirkiness with a scarecrow welcoming people into the loos and a shower curtain depicting the famous scene from the Alfred Hitchcock movie Psycho.
