A MAN has been charged with causing the death of an Evesham motorcyclist who was killed in a collision on the A46 in October last year.
Diana Burgess, aged 40, of Pershore Road, Evesham, died on Tuesday, October 16, when her motorbike was involved in a collision with a car on the A46 between the Worcestershire villages of Beckford and Ashton.
The mother of three was declared dead at the scene by a doctor from the Air Ambulance.
The driver of the car, a man in his 40s from Bristol, was arrested following the collision and was charged on Tuesday with causing death by dangerous driving.
He is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, February 19, and has been released on bail until then.
