JOCKEYS and horses preparing to compete for glory in the Cheltenham Festival have been immortalised in an artist’s exhibition.
Jeremy Houghton’s The Art of Racing runs at the Lygon Arms at Broadway from Tuesday to Friday, March 12-15 – the same time as the festival is held.
A total of 30 paintings make up the exhibition and Mr Houghton was given access to the stables of Cotswold trainers Charlie Longsden at Chipping Norton and Jonjo O’Neill at Temple Guiting in order to carry out his work.
Admission is free. For more information, visit jeremyhoughton.co.uk.
