PEOPLE will be able to give their thoughts on plans for more than 400 homes in Pershore at two public exhibitions.

The meetings show proposals for two developments in the town.

The first exhibition, concerning a development opposite Pershore High School, Station Road, is taking place tomorrow between 2pm and 8pm at the town hall.

Developers Welbeck Strategic Land and Persimmon Homes will display plans for about 400 homes – a reduction on initial plans for up to 500.

At a previous meeting, concerns were raised about the form of the proposed housing scheme, highways and traffic and flooding.

The second exhibition, on Monday, will look at proposals by Bloor Homes for an unknown number of properties on land to the west of Pershore cemetery.

That development would be accessed through the Bloor Homes site on Three Springs Road. The meeting is being held at the sales office at the site between 4pm and 8pm.
