Developers put in appeal after rejection
DEVELOPERS hoping to build 42 new homes on land at Allesborough Farm in Pershore have appealed two decisions to reject the second stage of the plans by Wychavon District Council’s planning committee.
Redrow Homes (Midlands) have put in a reserved matters application - the second stage in the planning process - to Wychavon District Council three times and it has been rejected twice.
The original application for outline permission was only granted at appeal after also being rejected by councillors.
The appeal hearing will take place at Wychavon District Council offices in Queen Elizabeth Drive in Pershore on Tuesday, October 8, at 10am.
