Light up the sky in their memory
11:00am Friday 1st November 2013 in News
THE Evesham Tree of Light Appeal 2013 is now under way, once again giving people the chance to remember a loved one at Christmas.
The Rotary Club of Evesham has launched this year’s appeal and hope it will raise more money for charity than ever before.
People who have lost a loved one can remember them by making a donation to the Tree of Light appeal. The tree lights will be switched on in a ceremony at Workman Bridge on Thursday, December 5 at 6.30pm.
To remember a lost loved one, download the form by visiting therotaryclubofevesham.org.uk and going to the Tree of Light page. Anyone who contributes will receive a personal card and their name will be published in The Journal and in a Tree of Light Book of Remembrance to be displayed in the library.
