A DEVELOPER that was refused permission to build up to 380 houses near Bidford has appealed.
Wychavon District Council threw out the plans put forward by Codex Land Promotions to develop land next to Sims Metals UK (South West) in Long Marston.
The proposals include up to 5,000sq-m of employment space and 400sq-m of community buildings along with public open space.
A planning inquiry will be held on Tuesday, November 12, at the Wychavon Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, at 10am.
