Man taken to hospital after crash
AN Evesham man has been taken to hospital after his van was involved in a crash with a lorry on the Badsey Road this morning.
The collision between the Ford Transit van and the lorry happened shortly after 8am this morning at the roundabout where the Badsey Road meets the A46.
The man, who is in his 50s and police say is local, was treated for neck pain and then taken by ambulance to the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch.
The lorry driver did not require hospital treatment.
The Badsey Road is closed as a result of the accident but the A46 and A44 remain open.
