PLANNERS will decide if proposals to build 260 new homes in Pershore should be given the go ahead at a meeting tomorrow.
At Wychavon District Council’s planning committee meeting councillors will consider if the development, on land west of Station Road, Pershore, should be given the green light or not.
The application, by Welbeck Strategic Land LLP Landowners, is recommended for approval by planning officers and will be built on land designated for development in the emerging South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The meeting, which is held in the Council Chamber, at the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, begins at 2pm and is open to the public.
