“We’re going to re-evaluate next week. It just comes up through the floors.
“It may have affected the bar and the carpets. There will be a lot of things that will have to be replaced.
“We are hoping to re-open as soon as possible but we want to be sure the river is not going to come up again.”
There were icy conditions on the county’s roads yesterday after a hard frost overnight.
A vehicle in Lower Wyche Road, Malvern, left the road at about 10am due to icy conditions and caused minor damage to a nearby driveway but police said there were no injuries.
The Met Office is forecasting a mostly dry morning today with sunny spells but showers will become more frequent and occasionally heavy during the afternoon and evening with a maximum temperature of 9C.
