  • "Anyone who is currently on the dole will know the horror of signing on. They use any excuse to stop claimants money, then payments are suspended for ages.
If there is trouble in the jobcentres it is hardly surprising, made to feel like a 3rd class citizen no matter how you come to be in that position. I got chucked out for being a cheeky monkey and had to sign on postal. I wasnt abusive just had the temerity to remind them they are there so serve the public and not tell us we are liars, which is what they did to me ..then denied they had done so... Anyway I no longer have to deal with the horrible institution.... not all staff are bad but some are pretty unpleasant ."
