SOUTH Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) has welcomed Dr Charles Ashton as the organisation's new medical director.
Following a successful stint as the acting Medical Director, Dr Ashton joined the Trust at the start of January and has returned to his role as Consultant in the Trust’s Obstetrics and Gynaecology department.
Dr Ashton has previously held the post of Medical Director for 14 years in Worcestershire and has also worked in stroke rehabilitation at Evesham community hospital.
