PEOPLE who saw a crash between two cars on the outskirts of Pershore have been asked to come forward.

Police want to know if anyone saw a small silver Ford car, possibly a Focus, which they believe collided with a silver Vauxhall Astra Estate at the top of Allesborough Hill travelling towards Pershore on the B4084 just inside the 30mph sign.

Police believe the driver of the silver Ford stopped and spoke to the driver of the Astra to arrange pulling off the road to exchange details but then disappeared possibly in the Croome and Besford direction or towards Worcester.

The collision happened around 9am on Tuesday, January 28.

The Ford driver is described as a man in his 20s, of slim build, about 5ft 9ins tall, with dark medium length hair who was wearing a light coloured jumper.

There may be damage to the front of the silver Ford, which may also be missing its number plate.

PC Laura Douglas from Evesham said: “We would like to hear from the driver of the silver Ford and from anyone who may have witnessed this incident.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Douglas on the non emergency number 101 quoting incident number 083s 280114 or information can be given, anonymously, to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or by visiting crimestoppers-uk.org
