AN Evesham hairdresser is celebrating after she trimmed down with the help of a local weight loss group.
Rachel Moulton, from Evesham, shed four stone in weight after seeing a photograph of herself at 14 stone during a Christmas party in 2011.
Following this the 46-year-old decided to join her local Weight Watchers group at Blackminster Middle School.
She said: "You name it I’ve tried it, yes I lost weight but it all came back and more. I was your typical yo yo dieter.
"When I saw that photo I realised just how awful I really looked, it was the final straw.
"Once I plucked up the courage to walk through the doors I never looked back."
Leader of the Blackminster group Lorraine Chandler added: "I am so proud of Rachel, who is also celebrating just over a year of being at her goal weight.
"She has been such an inspiration to the other members of the meeting. She is living proof that you can lose weight and keep it off whilst still enjoying all the niceties of life."
The group meets on Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm at Blackminster Middle School.
