A VALE youngster got his chance to put a question to Evesham's MP Peter Luff after he won a district wide competition.
Eight-year-old William Davies, who attends Cropthorne with Charlton Primary School, was chosen by Monica Smith, from the speech and language therapy services as the winner for the mid-Worcestershire area for his idea to ask Mr Luff what his last meal would be.
Sally Martin, headteacher at the school, said she was delighted that William had been given the chance to not only meet Mr Luff but in the future attend the Houses of Parliament with the other winners.
"It was lovely for William," said Mrs Martin. "He is now looking forward to visiting the Houses of Parliament.
"He asked what Mr Luff would eat for his final meal. He chose French onion soup, steak, chips and salad for his main, as many desserts as he could and ended with a cheese board."
