PERSHORE Naval Social Club is getting involved in national Ramp up the Red day to raise awareness of all heart conditions.
On Friday (February 7) the group will be holding a Red Heart Coffee Morning at its club to the rear of 47a High Street in Pershore.
The club decided to support the awareness day, organised by the British Heart Foundation at many of its members suffer from heart complaints.
The event will take place from 10.30am until 12.30am and as well as refreshments, there will be a raffle which will be drawn at the end of the morning.
All proceeds will be going to a local heart charity, Evesham Vale Cardiac Rehab, to support the work they do.
