I live on College Street by cathedral and whole area was blocked off by police, despite the round-about being a safer turn around point than City Walls Road. Arrived home with my new born and a 2 year old for the officer to tell me I wasnt allowed to go the 20 meters behind him to my own parking bay and home and I had to go pay to park some where and carry the kids in my arms in the rain from the bottom of Bath Road. Finally walked back and the officers had changed shift, the next one was allowing anybody to go through with a reason. Im really not impressed with the way this was planned out and lack of communication, delays and needed Road closures is understandable but an officer stopping someone from accessing their own home with their children, on a road that is not affected by the flooding is just disgusting. Especially when the officer that replaces him works to completely different standards.
    Dear Rob

Your comment has come to the attention of the command team at Worcester Police Station and they are concerned about the level of service you have received from our officers. We would like you to call the non-emergency number 101 and ask for Chief Inspector Mark Steele at Castle Street Police Station, who would like to discuss this with you further."
