A BREWERY near Chipping Norton has launched a new 500ml bottled beer with attitude.
Hook Norton Brewery decide it was time to produce a bottle version of its Lion beer, due the popular demand of the four per cent ABV cask ale version of Lion introduced last March.
Lion is brewed using only English ingredients, with a blend of the finest four malts and four hops, and has been popular through every area of distribution.
The medium strength 4.4 per cent ABV bottled beer is available across Hook Norton’s estate of 40 pubs in Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Gloucestershire, via free trade, through 25 wholesalers in the UK and through leased pub groups such as Enterprise and Punch Taverns.
Adrian Staley, Hook Norton Managing Director (Commercial), said: “We’re delighted to be launching bottled Lion following the popularity of its cask cousin.
"We’ve been overwhelmed by the feedback we’ve received so far and we know that our loyal customers who are fans of bottled beer, will be delighted that they can now enjoy the refreshing taste of Lion, whenever they like.”
