THREE Vale business women have joined forces to help improve the fitness, eating habits, personal image and confidence of other ladies in the district.
Barbara Kay, of K FitnessPilates, Judith Mercer, of U Look Great! and Angie Sykes, of Rainbow Obsidian Therapies have launched a brand new four week course under the name the Transformation Team.
The course starts on Thursday (March 13) at Badsey Remembrance Hall between 10am and noon at an introductory price of £75.
The three women say: "This is the perfect course for ladies who are fed up with yo-yo dieting, have a wardrobe full of fat and thin clothes, but nothing to wear, and struggle with a lack confidence and unhelpful attitudes towards food."
