FIREFIGHTERS spent nearly an hour rescuing a sheep which stuck in a muddy ditch near Evesham.
A crew was called at 2.05pm today (Friday) to Broadmarston Road, Pebworth, after a call from the farmer.
Firefighters got into the ditch and helped to pull the animal out using rope lines and a ladder.
The sheep was unhurt in the incident.
