PEOPLE with breathing problems can learn how to ease their suffering at a one off unique session with an expert in the world renowned Buteyko Breathing Rehabilitaion Method.
Simon Paddon, who is a specialist qualified to teach the breathing style, will host the two hour session on Thursday, March 27, from 6.30pm at the Wallace House Community Centre in Evesham's Oat Street.
He is one of fewer than 300 specialists in the world and has led a series of studies of Buteyko Breathing, which have shown significant improvements for sufferers of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, emphysema, bronchial problems, panic and anxiety, and other breathing problems.
