THE Offenham Cricket Club's car boot sale and spring fayre is being held on Sunday, April 6, at the Three Cocks Lane ground in the village.

The club will also be running the spring fayre event from 10am until 1pm.

Set up begins at 9am and the gates open to the public from 10am with all money going towards the club's plans to install a permanent practice net at their ground for the first time since 1869.

If they are successful this will allow their ever growing Junior Cricket Section to receive more training opportunities and to prepare for the new Under 13 season in the Cotswold Hills League.

The plans were helped along the way when the club was presented with a £200 cheque from the Evesham Round Table for their help with Santa’s Sleigh as he visited the village before Christmas.

Entry fees for the car boot are £5 per car and £8 per van.
