STAFF and shop volunteers at the Evesham British Heart Foundation (BHF) shop celebrated its 24th birthday last week.
They marked the occasion with tea, cake and a birthday party and awarded certificates to people who have been volunteering at the shop for over a year, including a special award for Joan Fisher, who has been volunteering for the shop in Bridge Street for 20 years.
Debbie Cheeseman, BHF Area Manager, said: “We’ve enjoyed a fantastic 24 years of business in the Evesham shop.
"I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our loyal customers and volunteers who really make this shop special and help the BHF fund its life-saving research.
“We are looking forward to welcoming even more customers in the Evesham shop and making the next 24 years equally as successful.
"We’re always in need of stock, so if you’re having a clear out, join the fight for every heartbeat today and help fund life-saving research with your donations.”
