BUDDING guitarists could learn how to strum a tune at a new class for beginners being held in Pershore.
The ten week course is will be run by Brian Hoggard, who has been teaching the guitar for 20 years.
The experienced player has also set up Worcester School of Rock and Performance, was chairman of Worcester Music Festival and played and recorded with several bands over the years.
The course will suit absolute beginners or very rusty players and by the end of the course participants will have experience of single note melodies, some basic cords, strumming, harmony playing and a little lead guitar playing.
The first class takes place on Thursday, May 1, at St Andrew's Centre in Pershore from 7pm until 9pm.
