THE Cleeve Prior Heritage Trust will be hosting its first ever Food and Craft Fair in the village this summer.
On Saturday, June 7, between 1pm and 5pm there will be dancing from the Pebworth Morris Men, a fun dog show, a Ukulele hoe down, a raffle, a visit from a Highland Cow and her calf, face painting, skittles, refreshments and pony rides.
This is the first event of its kind to be put on by the trust, which manages some 27 acres of traditional orchards, open space and several ponds.
Current trustees are keen to encourage people to visit the area, based at Field Barn just outside the village, in Evesham Road and anyone wishing to join them is welcomed to their meetings each Tuesday between 10am and 1pm.
Anyone interested in having a table or pitch at the event should contact Brian Taylor on 01789 773075 or briantaylor1454@btinternet.com before May 21.
For visitors to the event there is free car parking and entrance is 50p.
