RABBIT owners in Worcestershire are being encouraged to make one small hop of change to how they care for their pets as part of an awareness week this month.
Rabbit Awareness Week makes its return on Saturday, May 10, for one week until Sunday, May 18, and as part of this the One Small Hop campaign takes place.
This sees local pet stores, vet practices and rescue centres lending a hand to help improve the welfare of our furry friends.
Many will be offering free health checks and retailers will have educational events and in-store promotions, while rescue centres will host open days to help pet owners hop to it.
A number are taking part across the county including, MacArthur Barstow and Gibbs, Droitwich, Severn Veterinary Centre, Warndon Villages, Just for Pets, Tallow Hill, the Severn Vetrinary Centre, St Johns, Pets at Home Ltd, Blackpole Road, Companion Care Vet Surgery, Inside Pets at Home, Blackpole Road,
Just For Pets, Droitwich, Riverside Veterinary Surgery, Bewdley, Baytree Vets, Stourport On Severn and Martin And Carr Vets in Pershore.
